Questions
What is the difference between 4-pin and 5-pin rocker switches?
5-pin switches add a separate lamp, so the backlight and the on indicator can be wired independently. 4-pin switches are rated 20A at 12V to 48V and 5-pin switches at 12V to 24V. Both fit standard Carling-style cutouts.
Can I get a switch with my own label?
Yes. Use the Custom Switch Builder to pick an icon, add your own text and preview the backlit result. It is laser-engraved to order.
Do I need a relay?
Use a relay for loads over 20A, such as large light bars, winches and air compressors. The HD 3-wire harness kit includes the switch, relay and fuse. Questions? Call 619-618-0444.
